Clear notice and consent
Avoqra shows Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and this DPDP notice before signup. New users must explicitly accept the Terms and Privacy Policy before OTP verification begins.
Signup records store consent timestamps and policy version. Newsletter and product update consent is separate from mandatory service communications.
Data Principal rights supported
Logged-in users can request access/export, correction, erasure, withdrawal of optional consent, nomination, or grievance review from Account Settings.
A self-service JSON data export is available from Account Settings. Requests are logged with a reference number and visible to the Avoqra superadmin team for follow-up.
Withdrawal and erasure
Withdrawal of optional consent, such as newsletter or product tips, can be requested without affecting essential service messages required to operate the account, subscriptions, security, or legal compliance.
Erasure requests are reviewed against legal, tax, accounting, billing, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution retention requirements. Where full deletion is not immediately possible, Avoqra may restrict, anonymise, or retain only legally required records.
Accuracy, correction, and grievance
Users can edit most account, company, customer, and item information directly in the app. For records that cannot be self-edited, submit a correction request from Account Settings.
Privacy grievances can be submitted in-app or by email to admin@avoqra.app. Include the registered account email, company name, request category, and a clear description.
Current implementation boundary
Avoqra includes consent capture, policy pages, audit logging, role-based access, tenant isolation, privacy request tracking, and self-service export. A final legal review, retention schedule, breach response playbook, and processor contracts should be completed before broad commercial scale.
