Service provider
Avoqra is operated by Shanku Labs for freelancers, agencies, consultants, traders, service providers, and SMEs that need to create and manage invoices, quotations, customer records, item masters, payment reminders, subscriptions, and business document workflows.
By creating an account, verifying your email, subscribing to a plan, or using Avoqra, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorised to use the business information you enter into the platform.
Accounts and company data
Each user is responsible for the accuracy of company, tax, GST, customer, item, bank, invoice, quotation, and payment information entered into Avoqra.
Avoqra provides SaaS software, document generation, dashboards, and operational workflows. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment, or financial advice.
Users must keep OTPs, passwords, devices, payment credentials, and administrator access secure. Activities performed from a verified account may be treated as account activity by that user.
Subscriptions and usage
Free and paid plan limits apply per company as shown during checkout. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through the configured payment gateway and include applicable GST where shown.
Upgrades may activate after successful payment. Downgrades and cancellations may take effect from the next billing cycle so the current paid period remains usable.
If payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged by the payment gateway, Avoqra may mark the subscription as pending, expired, or cancelled until the issue is resolved.
Acceptable use
You must not upload malicious files, attempt to access another customer account, misuse APIs, send unlawful communications, or use Avoqra to create fraudulent documents.
You must not use Avoqra to process data that you are not authorised to process, impersonate another business, misrepresent invoices or quotations, or interfere with platform security.
Avoqra may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that appear to violate these terms, compromise security, create payment risk, or create legal risk for other customers or the platform.
Availability and liability
Avoqra is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We work to keep the platform available and secure, but internet, cloud, email, payment, and browser systems can fail or be delayed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avoqra and Shanku Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, tax, accounting, or business interruption damages arising from use of the service.
